Noor-e-Quran brings the 604-page reading layout, a 30 Para index, bookmarks and Last Read into one Android app. Each feature below describes what the app provides.
Core reading
604-page reading
Read in the familiar 604-page layout, with pages arranged in the same sequence used in printed mushaf editions.
30 Para index
Jump directly to any of the thirty Para divisions from a clear index, so you can move to a chosen section without scrolling page by page.
Gesture navigation
Turn pages with simple swipe gestures, keeping your hands free to hold the device while reading.
Reading aids
Bookmarks, Last Read and translations
Bookmarks keep passages you return to. Last Read reopens the page where you stopped. Hindi and Urdu translation layers appear only in the versions of the app that include them.
Digital Tasbih and learning
Where included in the app, a Digital Tasbih counter and Islamic learning content are offered as supplementary tools beside the reading engine.
